For those of you not paying attention in 2005/2006, Mary Kate started rocking the homeless chic look, otherwise known as "Effortless Cali" and every fashion girl became obsessed with her. She just has this incredible talent for layering! I love that she even made flip flops look cool... what an inspiration.
